A couple of hours later, the laundry was done and so was the drawer...it was a little iffy as to whether it was going to fit onto the tracks...but it did and it looks as good as new.
Suzanne and Dennis had a couple coming over for a visit this afternoon...they met Michelle and Rich at The Palms RV Resort in Yuma. They were now here in Mesa staying at another RV Resort and were coming by for a visit. We spent a lovely afternoon visiting...although we ended up having to move our chairs 3 times...too hot in the sun and too cool in the shade....oh, such problems!
Unfortunately, I didn't take very good pictures...I should have everyone pose...oh well...
We were sitting chatting when a couple riding by on their bikes stopped...they recognized the truck. Although we really couldn’t remember them, we had been neighbours while at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park near Thunder Bay, Ontario well over a year ago...September 2010! This is the third time that people we have met in our travels have stopped by because they recognize the truck.
After delicious barbecued burgers and coleslaw, courtesy of Suzanne and Dennis, we called it a night and headed home. It’s hard to believe we have been here for 2 weeks...it went so fast! But we had had a great visit with Dennis and Suzanne and were looking forward to hitting the road tomorrow.
