Shortly before 10:00, Steve and I headed out for a walk. We went north, to the end of the campground and a trail that goes along the lakefront to White Sands...
It was after 11:00 by the time we got back, stopping at Sue and Doug's place for a visit. After chatting with them for a bit, we headed home for lunch.
After lunch, we both went on a bit of a cleaning binge...Steve working outside, while I was inside. The big tree by us is shedding bunches of buds and they are all over everything, so Steve brushed off the awning, table and cement pad. He also emptied the trailer holding tanks. Inside, after cleaning up the kitchen...and puttering around a bit, I thought I'd sweep the floor, but instead decided to bring out the vacuum....so sweeping the small kitchen area floor, turned into vacuuming the whole trailer.
When we were finished, it was time to relax outside...we both couldn't believe it was only 1:30! It was a bit chilly with the breeze sitting in the shade, so we moved the chairs out into the sun. Steve read for a bit...but then laid back, shirt off, and took in the rays. I decided to bring out my crocheting.
With enough direct sun, we retreated back into the shade...and Steve picked up his magazine again...ahh...what a great afternoon!
At 4:00, Doug, Sue and Tucker joined us for happy hour...and we enjoyed a couple of hours chatting. Shortly after 6:00, we called it an evening...time for dinner. The forecast is for beautiful weather over the next few days...perhaps we will go explore a little more of Osoyoos tomorrow...
