Tuesday, July 10, 2018 (Glenview Cottages and Campground, Sault Ste Marie, ON)

Not a very exciting day today I'm afraid...it was chore day. I did laundry and baked some mini-muffins while Steve drained the tanks then flushed the black tank. Then he finished up editing pictures and researched our trip down to Michigan next week. We are going down to visit friends in Northport and on the way back, we're going to spend a couple of days exploring Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island.

After lunch, with the laundry done, we headed into town to get one of our propane tanks topped up...just wanting to ensure there is plenty of propane for the fridge for the week. Once back, I got to work on updating our blog posts while Steve put the propane tank away. We also decided to hitch up to the truck...one less thing to do in the morning.

While I was working on the blog, Steve headed out for a walk to explore the campground. The hot tub...
...sauna...
 ...and the pool...
Horseshoe pits and volley ball court...
Never got a chance to explore the trail ...
There are 2 streets with cabins...
At the far end of the campground there are more cabins...

The campground sits between both sets of cabins...a playground for the kids...
Most of the sites appear to be about 100' long...
Surprisingly it's not very busy here.

Well...that's it for now. We will be dropping the fifth-wheel off at Christies RV in the morning and then heading south into Michigan. It's been a couple of years since we last saw Dennis and Charlene. We used to visit them a couple of times each winter at Midland LTVA just north of Blythe, California. Unfortunately for us, they don't go to Blythe anymore...so we're glad to have the opportunity to visit them.

  2. That looks like a nice RV park actually. Everything looks clean and organised. Big sites too for once, usually they are 60 feet ish. Have fun in Michigan!
