After 2 very busy days touring Montreal, today was a combination of chores...and relaxation. Luckily there was a shopping area close by that included a Costco, Walmart and IGA grocery store. So that was our morning. Just a warning to anyone filling their propane tank at this Costco location...they charge you for a full tank regardless of how much propane is in your tank. Never had a Costco do that before...what a rip off!
Our youngest son, Chris, and his wife, Angela, happen to be here in Montreal for a wedding, and visit with family. They were able to borrow a car and come out for a visit with us. They arrived just as we got home from shopping.
After we got the groceries in and put away, Steve grilled burgers for lunch. Then we went out for a walk around the campground.
Lots of tenting sites tucked away in the trees...
Me, Chris and Angela...
KOA also rents very cool little cabins...
Very nice...
After our walk, we relaxed inside with the AC running. Angela and Chris...baby due in December!
We had a wonderful 3-hour visit...and then it was time for them to head back. They are staying on the north side of Montreal...and of course, we are on the south side. Thanks for coming out for the visit...we're so glad you were able to borrow a car! Now that the wedding is over, enjoy the rest of your week seeing the sights of Montreal!
And that concludes our visit to Montreal...tomorrow we pack up and head to Quebec City!
That was an easy day compared to your Montreal Visit but it was still fun and I'm certain you're anxious for the arrival of the new Grandchild.

It's about time.
It’s nice to have a down day once in awhile to get things done. Very excited for Chris and Angela...maybe we’ll finally get a granddaughter.
DeleteCongratulations on Chris and Angela's baby, how exciting!
